VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES

It has come to my attention that there is no guidelines and proper rules and penalties to certain actions...

from this point on this will be our guidelines on what a player can not do and the proper punishment for the said offense...

1. Badmouthing other players In-Game.
you know these type of words....

1st offense - Warning
2nd offense - CB 1 day
3rd offense - Banned 3 days


2. Badmouting an FM, GM or ADMIN.

1st offense - banned 1 week
2nd offense - character deletion

3. Badmouthing in a thread/post (Forums)

1st offense - Warning
2nd offense - CB 1 day
3rd offense - Banned 3 days

4. Vampire Skill Abuse.
a player can use their vampire skill in these circumstances...
A. Clubwars
B. PK Period (Meaning they will definetly kill you)
C. Non-PK Period BUT other player started hostile action.
abused use will be...
A. Vamping for no apparent reason (and not killing you)
B. Vamping just to say you are weak or other verbal abuse.
C. Vamping you so you can be killed by a Mob.
D. Vamping everyone the player can see just for the fun.
(all
violators must be posted with a screen shot and will undergo
investigation before punishment will be sactioned. multiple SS is a
must.)

1st offense - Warning
2nd offense - CB 1 day
3rd offense - Banned 3 days

5. Kill Steal
once again, There is NO SPOT TAKEN RULE!
only mob's can be owned. once a mob is attacking or after one player,
that makes the mob his/hers. if another player (not in a party or
without permission) kills or uses a skill to damage mob, this is
counted as Kill Stealing.

1st offense - Warning
2nd offense - CB 1 day
3rd offense - Banned 1 day

6. Spamming/ Flaming threads.
you know what this is...

all post will be deleted once spamming/flaming is commited.
i will post a warning to the player and if still spamming/flaming continues,
your character will be chat blocked for a day.

if offender still persist... you know it... character banned for 3 days...

7.FM, GM, ADMIN impersonating
even using one and saying that you are related or a very close friend
of the admin team, once proven that you are not in any way connected,
punishment will be sactioned. (we know each other very well and get
together so we will know who is pretending.)

1st offense - banned 3 days
2nd offense - banned till 2010 (yes. we can ban you till that year)

all rules are set and appropriate penalties will be sactioned starting TODAY.
there
are no excuses once character is proven guilty of any violation,
punishment will be applied. Even if it's just a pilot. and there are
also no excuses for donators (no matter how big your donation is)



all
violations will have till their 3rd warning. once a player still
abuses, character will be banned for a month, a year or even account
deletion.
this will only take effect once the admin team has decided on what to do about the repeat offender.

this post will still be edited for additional violations.
don't worry even if i'm working, i will still impliment these rules and make sure they come to effect.

this is to be fair to all the players and also a guide so that you knwo what you can and can not do.

remember: It's just a game...

finally, a guideline for players to follow. well said, liam, these rules will help purge chaos from the escalating rivalry between erwin and iansteelman. perhaps now players of AU.RAN will become more responsible with their characters now that skill/vamp abuse is clearly defined here.

anyways, a confirmation, forced-PK-ing is not an offense, right?

I think so, but not those players that has no match for ur skills, or those who are not killas, those who are just by-standing.. In short, at least we should have a little respect on them, once provoked, it's our time to be aggressive..^_^..

Can I ask a question Regarding to my account

why my character's are being Chatblock for 1 month
I vend in Campus and the GM that Chatblock me didn't give any Warning and Chatblocked my account For 1 month
I didn't continue Vending at Campuses But still why I'm being Chatblocked?
Now
I'm Vending At the Market and Cannot Chat to My Friends, Guildmates, Shout, etc.
To the GM who Chatblocked Me:
Please Give me A warning and Don't ChatBlock Me Even though it's not yet 1st Offense
Don't Be so Rude at the Players Give Warning First Before you Do the Right Thing for them
but for me, you did the Wrong Thing
So Please
